The Awareness Intengrity Journey is an eight week immersive program that combines energy healing, somatic integration, and yogic philosophy within a therapeutic framework. Each session helps clients cultivate self-awareness, release energetic blockages, and learn to self-initiate healing from within. Blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic tools, Meg guides clients to move beyond external searching and develop the inner technology needed to live with intention, conscious presence, and spiritual integrity.
